Is there a discount for more than one?
Yes. Two pieces take 12% off and three pieces take 18% off. The discount is applied automatically at checkout.
It covers most of the store, except the luggage sets, the bundles, and the lunch box set and lunch bag.
How long does delivery take, and what does it cost?
Inside the UAE: 2 to 4 working days. Shipping is free on orders of AED 199 and above; below that a flat AED 25 is shown at checkout.
We dispatch from inside the UAE, not from overseas, which is why it arrives in days rather than weeks.
Do you ship outside the UAE?
Not at the moment. We deliver inside the UAE only, in 2 to 4 working days.
What if I do not like it?
Send it back within 14 days of delivery, unused and in its original box, and we refund the price of the item. Return shipping is on us if the item is faulty, otherwise it is paid by the customer.
How do I pay?
Cash on delivery only, for now: you pay the courier in cash when the order arrives. No card details are taken on this website.
Does it work as a gift?
Yes. Many of our pieces are made to be given, and some, like the oud box, come in gift packaging from the maker. Orders arrive in the product's own packaging.
